Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation Policy :
  1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  2. Please do inform us immediately through email at info@dignum.co.in and also through Whatsapp message to 9870338228.
  3. In case of cancellation, refund will be initiated at the time of cancellation but it may take up to 7 days to be credited depending on the gateway processing time.

COD Order –  IMPORTANT:

  1. All Cash on Delivery orders require a non-refundable ₹250 deposit paid online at the time of placing the order via Razorpay. This deposit confirms your order.
  2. If Dignum cancels your order for any reason, the ₹250 deposit will be fully refunded within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  3. If you refuse delivery or cancel after the order has been dispatched, the ₹250 deposit will NOT be refunded as it covers the shipping costs incurred by us.
  4. Customers who refuse COD deliveries on more than one occasion may have the COD payment option permanently disabled on their account. Prepaid payment methods will remain available.
  5. Please ensure you are available to receive and pay for your order before placing a COD order.
Return Policy:
  1. This is very unlikely that any merchandise you have purchased from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered. You may return the merchandise. Return will also be applicable for any wrong item or wrong size sent by us.
  2. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, with its original packaging, bags and tags in their original place. The merchandise return is valid within 24 hrs from the date on which the goods were delivered. You have to raise your return request within 24 hrs of receiving the merchandise through an email to info@dignum.co.in and also through WhatsApp message to 9870338228. Please mention your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect.
  3.  The product would be picked up in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
  4. Once we have received the products, a quality check would be done by our team. After your return has been authorized by our team, we would be happy to process your refund. We will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
  5. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of ₹150 would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  6. Return/Exchange requests not raised within 24 hrs of receiving the merchandise will not be accepted.
