1. Order Processing & Production

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment or confirmation of the applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) deposit.

Depending on the product and its availability, preparation and production may take additional time.

Some products are handcrafted or prepared especially for your order. Once an order enters production or preparation, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled or returned merely due to a change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, or personal preference.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that production may begin before dispatch and agree to review the product details carefully before confirming their purchase.

2. Shipping & Dispatch

Orders will be dispatched after the product is ready and has undergone the necessary quality checks.

Dispatch and delivery timelines may vary depending on the product, production requirements, courier service, and delivery location.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through WhatsApp and/or email.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Products that have entered production or preparation are not eligible for cancellation or return solely due to a change of mind or personal preference, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

If a product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the description or specifications provided, please contact us for assistance and an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return Policy and applicable law.

Eligible issues should ordinarily be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with the Order ID and clear photographs of the product and the issue. This reporting period does not override any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

4. COD Orders

COD orders require the advance deposit specified at checkout.

Customers are requested to confirm their order details and delivery availability before placing a COD order.

Refusal of delivery or cancellation after dispatch may result in the deposit being applied towards reasonable shipping and return-shipping costs actually incurred, subject to the terms disclosed at checkout and applicable law.
