Tussar silk is made by the larvae of silk moths, living in the wild forest. They do not breed on mulberry, which is the most common food source for most silkworms. Tussar Silk has rich abrasive texture and fine fabric. Due to porous and breathable quality of Tussar Silk, one can wear in summer also.

Dupion is a pure silk fabric made out of raw silk fiber. This makes the silk at its best natural form. The default inherent random slubs of Dupion, distinguish it from other lesser quality silks. Dupion is considered an excellent choice for Sarees, being its availability in a myriad range of colors. Dupion fabric is 100% silk fabric, traditionally made from years in Thailand, China, Japan and India.

Shibori is a Japanese dyeing technique that makes dye-resists in the cloth by pleating, folding and/or bunching the fabric. These folds are then bound with stitching, clamps or rubber bands, preventing the dye from penetrating.
