Shipping Policies :

1. Shipping within India is ‘Free’.
2. Shipping within India will be through our reputed courier partner like ‘Delhivery’ and ‘Ecom Express’. The courier person will deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays and Sunday), most probably between 9 AM to 7 PM. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to flood, weather conditions and strikes.
3. Shipping outside India will be country specific. We are offering normal delivery and express delivery and accordingly you will be charged. For express delivery, we have agreement with DHL for outside India shipping. Delivery is fast through DHL and it will take 7-10 days. Normal delivery may take 15-20 days. You can choose as per your wish and urgency to receive the shipment. ‘Free shipping’ will be available for order value of USD 200.00 or above.
4. Within India, the orders are delivered in 7 to 10 days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. Some of the handmade items need more time to get ready, therefore may be delayed by one more week. In such items, we have mentioned that manufacturing lead time is 15 days.
5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at info@dignum.co.in within 24 hours of placing the order. You can also send the Whatsapp message to 9870338228. Address change will only be possible, if the order has not been shipped.
6. You will receive an email as well as message to your whatsapp number about your order.
7. We will share the tracking information of your shipment post the package is shipped.
