Return Policy:

1. This is very unlikely that any merchandise you have purchased from us, is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. Return will also be applicable if any wrong item or wrong size sent by us.
2. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging, bags & the tags in its original place. The merchandise return is valid within 24 hrs. from the date on which these goods were delivered but you have to raise your return request within 24 hrs. of receiving the merchandise through an email to info@dignum.co.in and also through Whatsapp message to 9870338228, Please mention your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect.
3. The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
4. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. After your return has been authorized by our team, we’d be happy to process your refund. We will initiate the refund after we receive the item, and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
5. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
6. Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 24 hrs. of receiving the product would not be accepted.
