Cotton sarees are made by natural cloth created from cotton plant fibers. Cotton is having a wide range of weaves, it is the most versatile, soft and widespread fabric in the world. Cotton sarees are mostly preferred due to its lightweight and airy properties. Cotton sarees are known for their exquisite weaving.

The handloom weaving process requires several stages in order to produce the final product. The hand- spun yarn needs to be hand-woven on a non-electrical manual loom and the yarn needs to be made from plant or animal fibre like cotton, wool or silk.
